I'm all about helping people find their lasting spark in life.

I'm Nicole Magnus, a Certified High-Performance Coach, Senior Technical Program Manager at an innovation company, on the Board of Directors for Girl Develop It, and home-based in Northern California.

Have you ever asked yourself:

  • "How can I go to the next level in life?"
  • "Who can help me become a better leader?"
  • "How can I have healthy relationships?"
  • "How do I find my happiness again?"
  • "How can I rebuild my fire for life?"

If so, you're in the right place.

Whether you've started making changes to take control of your life or you're just getting started, I can help you.

It's hard to move forward when life's successes are random

In early 2015, I was on the receiving end of a corporate layoff. We were financially okay until my spouse's company decided to close the local office and move to another state.

We had a new home in a small town. I started a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Partnering with other dedicated small companies, we helped our clients fall in love with their space again.  Our company was profitable, yet working seven days a week had me on the speedway to burnout.

Although I had so much to be grateful for - a home, a supportive family, and enough money to pay bills, it was incredibly stressful!

With tremendous stress came poor decisions: poor eating habits and sleeping only a few hours each night. I was absent from almost every family function due to work or fatigue. I needed to pivot.

Becoming a Student of Life

I got tired of enjoying random success. Whether I felt fulfilled for a month or a year, it didn't last. When we have a feeling something is missing, it is. However, the missing "something" is probably not what we think.

During my transition, I became a student of my life, picked up meditation, and added daily personal development. Meditation taught me to observe quietly without judging. I reread books that spoke to me differently. I had changed, so the messages were received differently. Focusing on personal development gave me an awareness of my patterns and empowered me to create the life I wanted.

Serving a Bigger Cause

Now, I have a career with an innovative company where I help deliver some of the world's best products and services.  I am a dedicated career mentor in the STEM community.

After my transformation, I became a Certified High-Performance Coach to help others look in the mirror without fearing what they would find. There is no judgment here! I went from random to deliberate happiness and FLOW.

I'm most elated about my relationship with my spouse.  It's so fun again!  Those who knew me then say, "You are different, and you're thriving."

Because I prioritized personal development and got a coach, my LIFE (Health, Relationships, Career including Mission, Self-Acceptance, and Fun Experiences) is vibrant!

If any of this sounds good to you, then you're in the right place.  Let me show you all I have learned to turn my life from random to Flow.
